NADIA TARR RARE ARCHIVE SALE 

Please be mindful this is not your typical sale. As most of the items on the site are single units we encourage you to purchase thoughtfully as many others are likely desiring the same piece! That being said we understand not every garment is for everyone. If you are unloving of your purchase we encourage you to reach out to Nadia Tarr Studios at nadiatarr@me.com so we might suggest an alternative. 

RETURNS

FINAL SALE items include :

1. Made to Order

2. Items purchased at 50% plus off 

3. Items purchased for $150 and under

4. Sale items

If you opt to return merchandise of spent value equal to or greater than $151 be aware you have 7 days from receipt of order to request a return authorization number (RA#) for unsuitable items. You will receive your return authorization number by email along with instructions. Approved items must then be returned within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

Returns should be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags & labels will not be accepted and be sent back to the customer at customers expense.

Returns outside the 14-day window will be refused.

Items without an RA number will be refused and ineligible for credit.

Paper Patterns are NOT RETURNABLE and FINAL SALE

Discounted items are NOT RETURNABLE and FINAL SALE

Internationally shipped items are NOT RETURNABLE and FINAL SALE. 

 

NADIA TARR COLLECTION REFUND POLICY 

Nadia Tarr / Butter by Nadia garments successfully returned for credit to original payment method will be refunded the paid amount minus the cost of shipping and 10% restocking fee. You can happily avoid the restocking fee by opting for a store credit to be used at your leisure. 

VINTAGE REFUND POLICY 

Vintage items successfully returned for credit to original payment method will be refunded the paid amount minus the cost of shipping and 20% restocking fee.

Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, Nadiatarrrarearchivesale.com credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
